This page tells you what Bubi stores on your phone or computer. It is everything we found when we audited our own code - not a sample. If anything turns up later, we will add it here.

Why no consent banner appeared
A banner is not required in itself. Consent is - and consent is only needed for what we put on your device beyond what is necessary. Bubi has no advertising or marketing cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
We do measure some things: how fast pages load and how often articles are viewed. We do not need your consent for that, because none of it is stored on your device - the details are in our Privacy Policy.
If we ever switch on real analytics, a banner will appear and nothing will run without your consent. We will update this page before that happens.
What the law actually covers
The rule is not triggered by personal data - it is triggered by anything reaching into your device at all. Bubi is run from Slovakia and Czechia, and those are the laws we follow: Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. in Slovakia and Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. in Czechia, with the GDPR defining what valid consent means. Both allow us to store something without your consent in only two cases: when the sole purpose is transmitting a message, or when it is strictly necessary for a service you have explicitly asked for.
Everything in the table below is there so that Bubi works for you, and none of it is there for measurement or advertising.
What we store
The first five items are cookies, the rest is browser storage - technically a different thing, legally the same one.

Third-party services
Some parts of Bubi run on outside services. Most load only once you actually use that feature; images and video from Bunny and Vercel's speed measurement load on every page.
Stripe
Payments for consultations and webinars. At checkout we send you to Stripe's own page, which sets its own cookies to prevent fraud.

What we do not do
- We have no advertising or marketing cookies.
- We do not follow you across other websites and we do not sell profiles to advertisers.
- We have no Facebook pixel or similar social-network trackers on our pages.
- We do not use the content of your consultations with a specialist to train artificial intelligence.
How you stay in control
Almost everything above is necessary for Bubi to work, so there is no switch to turn it off - turning it off would mean you could not sign in. You always have these options:
- Clear cookies and storage for bubi.baby in your browser settings. This signs you out and Bubi behaves as if you were here for the first time.
- Browse Bubi in a private window - everything is deleted when you close it.
- Block cookies entirely. Public pages, articles and Bubi AI will still work; signing in and payments will not.
